A lot of apps push you toward a public feed, likes, and “posting well.” I found myself saving real moments everywhere (camera roll, chats, notes), but none of it felt organized or shareable with the small circle that actually matters. So Marchive is a private, invite-only memory space: • Create collections for moments • Add photos + short notes • Share only with close friends/family (no public timeline) • Light interaction inside each collection (comments/chat) During the build, my approach shifted from “more features” to less friction: make the first collection feel effortless, keep the UI calm, and keep sharing intentionally small.
