For small business owners using Square, Clover or Shopify, see all of your real-time sales (in-store, delivery, online) in one place. Improve planning using projections for the upcoming week. Visualize historical results to make more data-driven decisions.
When my wife and I opened a bakery/cafe a few years ago, we were surprised there weren't any apps to help small business owners better understand their business. So I tapped into my experience working at Google on "Big Data" and artificial intelligence for big retailers to create an app to help small businesses like ours.
It started with real-time sales monitoring (in-store, online AND delivery services) so we knew what was happening in the store when we weren't there (and even when we were). Then I added forecasting to help plan staffing and inventory, as well as heatmaps to see results by the time of day and day of the week. And it grew from there.
This app was so helpful to other small businesses in the area that I built a company around this app to keep improving it -- including adding support for Square, Shopify, Clover, DoorDash and GrubHub (with more in the works). We've made it simple to use for even the least tech-savvy person.
I know firsthand how difficult it is to run a small business, so I hope this app can make life a little easier for other small businesses owners.
I'm not a numbers person, but I started using this dashboard app and I can't believe how much it changed the way I run my bakery! It was surprisingly easy to set up, including adding it to my phone so I have easy access to it.
I love seeing all my sales in the dashboard, including DoorDash, GrubHub and online orders from Shopify. I haven't found any other app that does this.
The sales forecast is really helpful. I can see the projections for the rest of the day and for the next week. I use it to plan employee breaks, staffing levels and how much product to produce each day.
There's so much more than I'm just starting to use, like the heatmaps and trends charts. The best part is they have best practices guides on their website that explain how to use these charts for things like picking the best store hours and increasing your order size.
The Clover dashboard and the other ones I tried just showed a bunch of numbers, but this one actually helps me manage my business better. I'm so glad I found it!
