I've been quietly building Maison Zola with Runflow.
An AI pet portrait studio that turns a few photos of your dog into gallery-quality artwork.
Today I'm sharing Part 1: a short walkthrough of the product, the
generation flow, and what the finished portraits actually look like.
A few things I've learned so far:
• The hardest part isn't the model, it's getting the same dog to look
like the same dog across styles.
• People don't want "a portrait." They want their dog, recognisable,
in a frame they'd hang in the living room.
• Picking 3 strong styles beats offering 30 mediocre ones.
More parts are coming as the product evolves.
I'll be sharing behind the scenes, how we build, how we acquire, and much more.
If you like a pet portrait of yourself, let me know!
