I'm the developer. I make Maintenea on my own, from Czechia.
It fixes one small, annoying thing: you're at the bench, you know you did this lift last week, and you can't remember the weight. Maintenea opens every lift with last session's weights and reps already in the fields. Each routine keeps its own numbers, so a heavy day opens with heavy-day weights even if you did a light day in between.
All of this is free:
• 50 routines (the big apps stop at 3 or 4 on their free tier)
• Full history, charts and personal records
• Import from Strong or Hevy, so your history comes with you
• Stretching routines with a guided timer
• Apple Health, a home screen widget and a Live Activity during the workout
What it doesn't do yet: no Apple Watch app, no Android, and you need an account (email, Apple or Google) because your log also lives on the web.
It's been on the App Store since mid-October and has no ratings yet, so honest feedback is worth more to me than upvotes. What would make you switch from what you use now, and what would stop you?
