@aidai_zu Thank you so much for your question! Of course, let me explain. For Mailmaker, the spam checker is a system that prevents spam emails from being sent to subscribers. When an email is sent, its content is checked by artificial intelligence. If there is any potentially harmful situation in the email, it cannot be sent. Similarly, if an email contains offensive language, insults, fraud, or other harmful content, these emails are flagged by the AI before being sent to subscribers and await approval from our moderation team. If our moderators approve the email, only then is it sent. However, if an email does not contain any of these harmful contents, it is sent directly to the subscribers without going through any approval process.
