This is exactly us we've survived thanks to product market fit & seo but there are other reasons for getting press besides "eyeballs and downloads" even revenue, it's also perception. We have Apple featured apps we make money daily with our top paid and grossing apps without really any press anywhere eveytime we launch for 3 years now. ( We've had press outside the us but not in America ) and that will also hurt perception around fundraising....why doesn't anyone want to write about you Nick that comes up a lot in this game. Glad you guys are tackling this head on.

@suparchie Thanks for the info! Is there any concern that each of your subscribers will be potentially bombarding the same candidates at the same time? Just thinking it may be a little less successful if they become overwhelmed. Have you considered sending a random candidate to each of your subscribers each week (though making sure not to send the same one twice)? Just curious. Look forward to hearing more!
