I built MailBind because I juggle several addresses across different providers, and I kept replying to clients from the wrong one. Existing clients either handled one provider well or made me check a sender dropdown every time.
MailBind connects to any mailbox that speaks IMAP and SMTP: Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, iCloud, Yahoo, OVHcloud, IONOS, Infomaniak or your own server. Everything lands in one unified inbox. When you reply, it goes out from the address that received the message, automatically.
There's optional AI too. Each thread gets a short summary and a suggested next step. Reply suggestions come in the sender's language, and threads that need an answer get flagged. Only the message you open is sent to the AI provider, it's never used to train models, and you can switch AI off per account or per mailbox.
Mailbox passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and your MailBind login supports two-step verification and passkeys. It installs as an app on iPhone, Android and desktop, and recent mail works offline.
Pricing: Free covers 2 mailboxes. Pro is €12/month for unlimited mailboxes and AI. Team is €14 per user per month and adds shared inboxes. Pro and Team come with a 14-day trial.
