Mail Bounce Pro helps you verify email addresses before you send — catching invalid, disposable, and risky emails so your campaigns actually land in inboxes. Run real syntax checks, live MX/DNS lookups, and disposable-domain detection in seconds. Upload a list and bulk-verify thousands of emails at once, or use Email Finder to discover a person's likely email from just their name and company domain. Built for marketers, sales teams, and developers who care about sender reputation.
I built Mail Bounce Pro solo, mostly because I got tired of email verification tools that show "99% accurate" on their homepage and then quietly fudge the results underneath.
The idea started simple: I wanted a tool that tells you the truth. If an email passes syntax, MX, and disposable checks — great, I'll say so. If I can't actually confirm a mailbox exists (like with catch-all domains), I show UNKNOWN instead of pretending it's VALID. That one decision shaped almost everything else I built — the result card, the bulk export, even the Email Finder's confidence labels.
Right now it runs 4 real checks (syntax, MX/DNS, disposable, role-account) plus bulk verification and an Email Finder that generates and checks likely email patterns from just a name and domain. I'm currently working on adding real SMTP-level verification for even more accurate results — that's the next big piece.
I'm a solo builder, so this has been a slow, deliberate build — but I'd genuinely love feedback from this community. If something feels off, confusing, or missing, tell me. I read everything.
