Hi Product Hunt — I built AnyAni because I wanted to make stop-motion animation without dealing with heavy video editors. It works both ways: drop in pictures and arrange them into animation, or import an existing video and extract frames to turn it into stop-motion. v3.2.0 adds video import with configurable FPS extraction, playback speed control (including reverse), and SNS resolution presets for quick export to YouTube, Reels, TikTok, or Instagram. All AI processing runs entirely on-device (CoreML on Mac, ncnn-Vulkan on Windows) — no upload, no API costs. Happy to answer any questions about the tool or the tech behind it.
