Hi Product Hunt! I’m Venkat, founder of LVC Fair Job. I started building LVC Fair Job after seeing how frustrating the hiring process has become for both job seekers and employers. Candidates apply to hundreds of jobs without knowing whether the opportunity is genuine. Employers receive large numbers of applications but still struggle to understand who is actually qualified. Recruiters also spend significant time verifying information and screening candidates. We asked a simple question: What if trust came before hiring? That became the foundation of LVC Fair Job. We are building a verified hiring ecosystem where job seekers, recruiters, companies, universities, and other participants can be verified, and where employers can move beyond simply sorting resumes. We’re also bringing screening, interviews, evaluations, and hiring workflows into the same platform.
