Lumixi turns two Android phones into a private video baby monitor. Old phone = Camera; daily phone = parent Monitor. Pair by QR or short code—no account or ads. Encrypted video/audio stream between devices. When nobody watches, Camera sends nothing. Premium covers two Monitor seats; one camera active at a time. Camera is free. Monitor needs Lumixi Premium (7-day Google Play trial if eligible). Android only—no iPhone. Limits: not medical, not an alarm, and night mode is not infrared.

**Problem:** dedicated baby monitors are expensive, and many cloud cams want accounts + always-on streaming.
**What I built:** reuse an old Android as the Camera and your current phone as the Monitor. QR pairing, no Lumixi login, encrypted stream, camera idle when not watched.
**Who it’s for:** Android parents who already have a spare phone in a drawer.
**Honest limits:** Android-only today; night mode ≠ IR; not a medical device or alarm.
