How does the handoff to a human actually work in practice, does the bot summarize the conversation and ping a specific Slack channel, or do you get a full ticket in something like Zendesk?

Right now it's Slack first: when the bot flags something it can't handle, it posts into a Slack channel your team's already in, tags whoever should get pinged, and links straight to the conversation. It also moves a card on Trello and shows up on your dashboard's Conversations page, so it's hard to miss no matter where you're looking.
No auto-summary though. Your team reads the real conversation, not a bot's TL;DR (didn't want it hallucinating away important context 😅). No Zendesk-style ticketing yet either, but it's come up.

Love how it cites sources right in the chat instead of just spitting out an answer and hoping for the best. The escalation to a real human when it's stuck is a nice touch too, feels like the team actually thought through the awkward handoff moment instead of just bolting on a chatbot.
