LogTree was born out of a desire to keep my data in once place. I was tracking data for my newborn, plus my 2 year old. I was trying to do intermittent fasting, as well as keep tracking my weight and things. All this required multiple apps, and multiple subscriptions. So I built an all purpose logger, without the fluff. You won't find guides or content, plenty of places to get that information. It is designed to just log data and forget it, till you need it again. I've also added FInance tracking with detailed recurrence settings, and reconciliation functions to make sure the repeating logs are generated correctly and not missed. Over 70 categories of data to log acorrs Fitness, Health, Aquarium, Baby, Pets, and more.

Interesting app Cong Cao also interesting design choice what made you go with that? Congrats on your launch, looks like we are launch day twins or something anyway, wishing you all the best.

Thanks @afwcole ! and congrats to you too.

What made me go with this design style? I grew up in the 90s, my first PC was a 486 dx33! And one application, XTree Gold gives me great nostalgia.

As a kid, I used to cheat in games lol. Editing save files by modifying hexidecmial codes.

So being my first app, I thought this would be a great thing to bring back. Plus personally I'm a bit tired of all the cookie cutter UI. Flat, Minimisalist, Neumorphic, etc.

I wanted to try something different. I was a great challenge, as I soon realised this style goes against modern UX patterns.
