This is the second compliance product I've built solo ā the first does DOT compliance for small trucking fleets ā and both come from the same itch: federal rules are written as if every business has a compliance department, and most of the businesses they bind don't. If you ask a question here, the person answering wrote the code.
I built LogStead because OSHA injury recordkeeping is an obligation almost every US employer over 10 employees has, and almost everyone handles it in a spreadsheet ā usually in a scramble every February when the 300A posting deadline hits.
