LogicNotes records in-person customer meetings on iPhone — no meeting bot — and turns them into AI summaries, action items, and notes that sync automatically to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics 365, or Google Sheets. Then ask past meetings anything.
I spent 12 years doing B2B marketing at Amex, LinkedIn, and The Trade Desk. Every company had the same problem: the CRM was full of notes like "good meeting, will follow up."
That's if reps wrote anything at all.
Forecasts got built on those notes. Data science teams built churn and acquisition models on those notes. The most important input is what the customer actually said in the room! And that wasn't in there.
We solved this for Zoom during Covid and there's a bot in every online meeting now. But the deals that actually close still happen in person (customer visits, site walkthroughs, coffees) and those meetings still end with a rep typing from memory in a parking lot.
So I built LogicNotes. Put your iPhone on the table, tap record. LogicNotes summarizes and creates reminders + action items and they land in Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho/Dynamics/Sheets on their own. No bot. No separate gadget to charge. Works offline.
Two things I didn't expect people to care about this much:
You can ask your old meetings questions. "What did I promise them in March?" works. There's a read-only MCP server. If you run agents on your CRM, they can finally see what happened in the room. One customer called in-person context "the final frontier" for their agent stack coz they already had everything else.
Met a sales director at an event who'd bought a dedicated AI recorder gadget and was annoyed he now had to carry and charge another device. Showed him the app on the phone he already owned. That conversation is basically the pitch.
Recordings never train anyone's models. Free tier includes CRM sync.
Tell me what's missing / what sucks.
Report
Recorded a client call yesterday and the summary pulled out exactly the follow-ups I would have written myself. The CRM sync to HubSpot saved me a solid ten minutes of copying notes over.
