Built this because when I was fresh out of college, it was hard to find a job - I felt like I was more than what fit on a resume. I talked to recruiters about it, and heard the same thing over and over: there's a trust gap in hiring that's hard to close, especially when every posting gets hundreds of resumes that all start to look the same. Logbook is my attempt at closing that gap. Job seekers get colleagues to confirm specific claims on their resume, and recruiters see that confirmation before they ever schedule an interview. Would love feedback, especially from anyone who's hired recently - what would actually make you trust a resume more?
