We built LivServ AI because we kept seeing one painful pattern across Indian businesses — teams were losing high-intent leads simply because customers weren’t getting responses fast enough on WhatsApp or Websites.
Sales teams were overloaded, support teams were stretched thin, and most SMBs/enterprises didn’t have the time, tech bandwidth, or runway to build their own automation workflow.
So we asked a simple question:
“What if any business in India — from real estate to hospitals to education — could deploy a fully working AI chatbot in just 7 days?”
That idea became LivServ AI.
