Live Tray is a fulfilment tool for live sellers on eBay Live and Whatnot. It keeps sales, buyer trays, packing, shipping and history in one workflow, helping sellers avoid packing mistakes and post-show chaos. Built for busy live shows, Live Tray gives real-time visibility from SOLD to SHIPPED. Currently in public beta and looking for sellers to test it on real shows.

I built Live Tray after seeing how quickly live selling can turn into fulfilment chaos once the stream ends. When sellers are handling dozens or hundreds of sales, it becomes difficult to keep track of who bought what, which tray each buyer belongs to, what has been packed, and what still needs shipping. Live Tray connects that workflow in one place: LIVE → TRAYS → PACK → SHIP → HISTORY The goal is simple: reduce packing mistakes, save time after every show, and give sellers clear visibility from the moment an item sells until it is shipped. We’re currently in public beta, so I’m especially interested in feedback from real eBay Live and Whatnot sellers using it during actual shows.
