Live Poker Night: Your Virtual Happy Hour Just Got a Lot More Fun!

Like many of you, I've been on a lot of Zoom calls lately. As a game developer, it occurred to me that a video chat environment would make a good platform for multiplayer games. I also had a few friends who were looking for ways to keep their poker nights going during the lockdown. We started working on Live Poker Night about 8 weeks ago. During that time, I've seen a number of people trying to pair Zoom with online poker apps and I've even seen some credible attempts to do what we've done here. Live Poker Night is our attempt. It's a desktop downloadable game right now, built in Unity. It's still in beta and, like any new software, has a bunch of issues, but we feel it's far enough along to start getting feedback.
