I built ListingGuard after thinking about how easily product listing content can drift away from the source product data. A listing might contain the wrong price, material or colour, or make a claim like “waterproof” when the supplied product data doesn’t support it. These are simple inconsistencies, but they can be easy to miss when reviewing listings manually. ListingGuard is my attempt to make that check simple and deterministic. You provide the source product data and listing content, and it flags the inconsistencies it finds. I’ve also added a CSV workflow for checking multiple listings. The core checker is currently free to use. I’m still early in the project, so I’m especially interested in learning which checks are actually useful for people working with ecommerce product data. I’d love to hear your feedback.
