I built it because every calorie app I tried did one of two things: locked the useful half behind a €30–80/year subscription, or made logging such a chore that I quit after a week. I wanted the opposite — no paywall nagging, and an app that tells me what to eat, not just counts what I already ate. So Linup does three things differently: 📸 Log in seconds — photo, barcode or text, no endless searching 🛒 Eat toward your goal — it suggests what to buy at the supermarket and what to order at a restaurant, based on whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or maintain 🚫 No subscription wall — nearly the full feature set, free It's live on iOS (German market first, Android next).
