With Linkuate, instead of asking users for feedback anywhere, you can collect feedback directly inside your web app using a single JS snippet. Feedback is automatically categorized into bugs, feature requests, and more. Duplicate feedback is grouped into a single issue in your dashboard, where you can create a GitHub issue with one click.
One thing I'd love to see is a Slack or Discord notification when new feedback comes in. Right now I might not check the dashboard for days and miss urgent bugs. A quick ping with the category and a link would keep the team way more responsive.
Would love to see a way to reply to users directly through the widget, so they know their feedback was actually seen and maybe get a status update when it's resolved.
