Tested with my shop link and the responses actually sounded like how I’d pitch a customer, especially on the usual “is it safe” and “does it ship fast” questions. Really liked that it picks up context from the link instead of giving generic answers.

Seria muito útil poder personalizar o tom de voz do vendedor automático, tipo escolher se ele fala mais formal, descontraído ou técnico dependendo do público. Ajuda bastante quando o negócio atende perfis bem diferentes.

Sugiro incluir um botão de "transferir para humano" quando o bot perceber que o visitante está frustrado ou fazendo perguntas muito específicas, evitando perder vendas por respostas genéricas demais.

honestly love the idea of a 24h seller bot, but one thing that would make it way more useful is letting you feed it past whatsapp conversations or transcripts so it actually sounds like how your real team talks instead of generic sales script vibes
