I've been using Lili for months and it's so great to be able to see the trends, and data from fitbit in a way that makes sense.
For example, the other day, the chat-bot contacted me to point out that she (I say she because her name is Lili) noticed that on days I'm fasting that I take more steps and burn 200+ calories than on days I don't.
I would never have noticed that on my own.
@johanna_chetkowski Thank you Johanna for being with us since the beginning, being patient with us, and helping us improve Lili!
We really appreciate your help and all the suggestions you have made along the way! 🥰

Hi Zan, great product, especially as I am into AI and healthtech. Also, we were both members from FRC batch :)
@ivan_ljubicic Hi Ivan, thank you! I see we are in a similar boat which is always nice to hear, as we can share helpful insights on how to improve with each other :)

I heard of Lili on Reddit and have enjoyed their beta. I expect to collect 100x more health data in the next few years and I already have a ton, so having Lili help me analyze it is key. It's UI is superior than the watch makers apps in a number of innovative ways and excited to see it improve.
@breck_yunits thanks again Breck, we always appreciate your feedback!

Great idea. As I always feel that health devices I wear know lot about me which is not proactively used for myself as there is not many apps which can do correlate those data send me notification to take action on that.
Lili is on the right path but execution is poor. Most of the question I asked to chat didn’t have any answer to it. The information it give in insight is not much useful aswell as telling me “my average RHR IS HIGHEST ON THURSDAY. THATS XX Bpm ON AVERAGE” you didn’t answer Why is that and what should I do for that.
@nilsej Thanks so much for your thoughts. We are aware that there's a lot of room for improvement for the "prescriptive" part, as you mentioned.
The problem here is that we want to be really careful about the "why is that and what should I do for that.", as you stated. This is definitely something we are going towards, but the learning curve here is higher since you want to make sure that you are not confusing people with false prescriptions. Hope you understand.
Happy to discuss more. 🌱

Great work to the entire team! Looks like a real neat product and something that can be useful to people of many ages. I'm definitely going to tell my Apple-watch obsessed father about it.
