You tell Leeway what's coming up and it spreads the cost across the rest of the week, so the night out is accounted for before you get there. No guilt, no write-off, no starting again on Monday. Two things in it: The week planner — add an event, see what your ordinary days become. There's a floor it won't go below, so it can't tell you to eat 900 calories to cover a wedding. When a week genuinely doesn't balance it says so, and offers ways out that don't involve punishing yourself. The drinks calculator — four pints and two cocktails is about 1,400 calories, which is most of a day's food before you've eaten anything. It shows you the number, what swapping the worst offenders would save, and drops the total straight into your week. No signup, no email, nothing leaves your browser.
