Hi Product Hunt,
A bank statement converted to a spreadsheet still leaves the accounting work: choosing the right ledger for each transaction and getting it into Tally.
Leepik brings those steps together for Indian chartered accountants, bookkeeping firms and finance teams. The beta is open to everyone: every feature is free for the entire beta. There are no paid plans today. Pricing will come after beta.
Here's the workflow:
1. Upload a text-based bank-statement PDF, including password-protected files.
2. Review the extracted transactions and balance checks.
3. Review ledger suggestions, make corrections and bulk-map repeated transactions.
4. Export Tally XML vouchers with ledger masters included, or CSV.
The part we'd love you to try is the ledger mapping. Leepik learns the ledger choices you make for each client. When the same counterparty appears in a later statement, it can suggest the ledger you used before. Each client's books stay separate, and you keep the final review.
Statements are processed on Leepik's own servers, never sent to third-party AI or OCR services. Scanned, image-only PDFs aren't supported. Uploaded statements are retained so you can reopen and re-export them.
