Leave Your Face Alone detects hand-to-face movement in real time and gives you gentle nudges before the impulse becomes a touch. Hand-to-face movement is detected in real time and gives you a gentle nudge before the impulse becomes a touch. It helps with unconscious face touching, nail biting, skin picking, lip touching, and eye rubbing while you work at your computer. Detection runs privately in your browser, so webcam video stays on your device instead of being uploaded.

How well does it actually work with webcam-based pose tracking when you're sitting close to the screen or at an odd angle, and does it drain a lot of CPU during a normal workday?
Hi @yaren157570 :-) the angle is indeed a factor to consider, it works best if you sit in front of your webcam. The distance is not that relevant but if you are too far away the hitbox may be too small to really consider detailed face areas.
Regarding on the CPU usage it really depends on your working device.
Maybe you can try it out with the free trial. We'd love to hear your feedback!
Ran it for an afternoon and the private browser-based detection surprised me most, no sketchy uploads and it actually caught my eye rubbing habit I did not even know I had.
@serdar948359 Thank you Serdar for trying it out ! Privacy is really important to us as we'd also never want a tool to transmit webcam data especially in such a sensitive topic to third parties.
