A camera roll holds the pictures, but finding which room, date and stage of a tenancy they belong to can be awkward later. Lease Log keeps one tenancy together: a guided room walkthrough, dated photos, repair notes, payments and communications.
Capture, records and manual backup are free. The optional purchase is the complete PDF export: $4.99 once in the US, with regional prices varying. There is no subscription or account to create. It requires iOS 26 or later.
