Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Learngram after catching myself 40 minutes deep in Instagram for the third time in a day — each time having learned nothing.
The insight: fighting the reflex doesn't work. Hijacking it does. You pick your scroll-trap app, and the next time you open it, Learngram steps in first with a 1-minute lesson from a bestselling non-fiction book. Read it, take a quick quiz, keep your streak — then decide if you still want to scroll. The tap-Instagram habit you already have becomes a reading habit. No willpower required.
What's inside: 270+ lessons distilled from 10 books on habits, focus, sleep and digital wellbeing • quizzes + "try this" micro-actions • streaks • 10 languages • works offline • no ads.
Would love your feedback — especially on the interception moment: does it feel like a nudge or a nag? I'll be here all day answering everything.

Really like the "steal the trigger" approach here, feels way more sustainable than cold turkey blocking. One thing I'd want: a way to set my own list of which books or topics the lessons draw from, since the curated 10 won't match everyone's interests forever. Even letting me paste a chapter or article and have it generate the 1-minute lesson would be huge.

love this idea, the timing hook is genuinely clever. one thing i'd want as a user is a way to bring my own books or pdfs into the library so the lessons aren't limited to the curated 10. even a simple upload and auto-summarize feature would make it feel like *my* learning tool instead of someone else's syllabus.

The 1-minute lesson before unlocking Instagram is such a smart hook, and the quiz format actually makes me remember the stuff. Love that it works offline too.
