LeadSnipper is a cold email platform built around owning your sending infrastructure. Connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and SMTP then manage sequences, lead verification, inbox rotation, sending limits, deliverability protection, reply detection, and analytics from one dashboard. Instead of separate tools for verification, sending, and deliverability, LeadSnipper brings the workflow together — with Reoon verification and auto-pause guardrails designed to protect your sender reputation.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m building LeadSnipper because I’ve personally experienced how hard distribution can be.
Over the last 4 years, I’ve worked at 3 startups. We built products that people genuinely needed, but we repeatedly ran into the same problem: building the product was easier than getting it in front of the right people.
That experience is what led me to LeadSnipper.
We’re starting with outbound — because it’s one of the most practical ways for a B2B company to create its own distribution channel.
LeadSnipper brings the messy parts of cold email into one place: connect the inboxes you already own, verify leads, build sequences, distribute sending across accounts, monitor campaign health, and protect your sender reputation with sending limits and automatic safeguards.
We’re building this for founders, agencies, and sales teams who want to scale outbound without treating their domains like disposable infrastructure.
We’re still very early, and that’s exactly why I’m here. I want to learn from people who are already doing outbound.
I’d love to know:
• What’s the most painful part of your current outbound stack?
• How do you currently protect your domain and sender reputation?
• What would make you switch from your current tool?
• What should we build next?
If you want to try LeadSnipper, there’s a 14-day trial. We’re also offering lifetime plans through AppSumo, starting at $39.
Try it, break it, give us feedback, or just tell us what we’re missing. I’ll be here throughout launch day answering questions and talking to makers. 🚀
Early solo founders get burned here. One bad agency in shared pool tanks domain trust for everyone. So split warmup clusters by volume band. Low volume sender should never inherit blast spammer penatlies.
@konstantin_tikhaev That’s a really fair point. Shared pools can become a problem if high-volume or spammy senders affect everyone else’s reputation.
We’re taking this seriously on the infrastructure side, especially around sending limits, pacing, and deliverability monitoring. The goal is to make sure a low-volume sender isn’t treated the same as someone blasting thousands of emails.
Definitely something we’ll keep improving as we scale. Appreciate you calling it out.
@mohd_rehan_qureshi1 the hard separation at the cluster level is what protects the baseline, relying on "monitoring" usually means you only catch the burn after inbox trust is alredy hit )
@konstantin_tikhaev Yeah, that’s a fair point. Monitoring is reactive; separation needs to happen at the cluster level to protect sender reputation.
Definitely something we need to get right.
@mohd_rehan_qureshi1 Plus it adds some infra complexity upfront, but it saves you from spending half your support cycles debbuging burned inboxes later )
