The Leader's Toolkit is such an invaluable tool for time-strapped managers. I learned so much about giving effective feedback, dealing with underperformers in my team and running better team meetings and 1:1s. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to up their management game.
The tool is well structured and easy to use. Straight to the point and very actionable!

Cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s set up in such an easy to use way, where you can focus on the area that you need help with now, and get quick actionable steps to help immediately. If you’re a manager check it out - you won’t be disappointed.

Found this very interesting - a one stop shop for actionable tips. Its a comprehensive toolkit for managers - both experienced and first-timers. I have been managing a team of digital marketers for over 4 years now and i was still able to glean some new ideas from Donal's content. I hope he continues to add to it to keep the content fresh and up to date.
