Congrats on the launch. One thing that would make this way more useful for our team: a quick way to see why a lead got the score it did, like a breakdown showing which data points pushed it up or down. Right now reps just see the number and have to guess what's behind it, which slows down outreach.

We have a version of this already available, just not shown on the leads table itself. Reps can click into any scored lead (or PDF rollup, which has a bit more detail) and see which data points contributed to the score, the assessment rationale, and the confidence level. So they're not working off a bare number — they can see the reasoning behind the tier/score.
If you're open to it, I'd like to hear how your team prioritizes leads today in terms of your workflow. Always useful to know where that view could be clearer.
Set it up with our HubSpot and the routing just worked out of the box, hot leads hit Slack within a minute of coming in. The ICP scoring was tighter than what our SDRs were doing manually, which was a little humbling.
