I've been a founder (or worked at a startup) every year from 13 to 21, and the formative version of that was running marketing for Heimsnet, a European game-hosting company. I took it from 0 to €80k in revenue at 15. That's where I learned the only thing that decides whether an early-stage startup lives: customers.
Every sales tool on the market today assumes you already have a sales team to run it, but the founders who need help most are the ones who've never sold a thing and have no team.
Sales is just the wedge. The bigger pattern I've watched since I was 13 is how many problems early-stage founders have that get overlooked or written off as too hard to solve: ICP discovery, outbound, marketing content, user research, fundraising, hiring.
What's changed is that AI finally makes the whole stack buildable by one team. A solo founder can now run the equivalent of a 5-person org. I'm building the product I wish I'd had at 15: a super-app for the entire founder experience.
