LawnPilot Pro is the operating system for lawn & landscape companies — 10 lawns or 100 — the flat-priced alternative to Jobber, Yardbook and Service Autopilot. Clients and properties, recurring jobs that rebook themselves, day routes optimized with one tap, a crew app with check-ins and photos, quotes measured straight off the aerial map, invoices, client portals and reports. Snow season is included: flip the switch and it becomes SnowPilot Pro — same clients, same crew, same $20/mo.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
My last launch was for domain investors. This one is for the guy with a trailer and a mower.
Lawn care software is either $200/mo enterprise (Service Autopilot), per-user and upsell-heavy (Jobber), or a free tool you outgrow. Most small crews just run a spreadsheet and a group text — and lose money to skipped stops, forgotten invoices and quotes they eyeballed from the street.
LawnPilot Pro is one flat $20/month, everything included: • Clients, properties and recurring jobs that rebook themselves • Day routes you optimize with one tap — crew sees the same order on their phones • Aerial lawn measuring — trace the lawn on satellite view, get square footage, quote it before you drive out • My Day crew view: gate codes, check-in, photos, done or skip-with-reason • Crew Tracker so the owner sees what actually happened today • Quotes clients approve online, invoices, client portals, campaigns and reports • Snow is included — flip the switch in November and it becomes SnowPilot Pro: plow routes, per-push and seasonal jobs, salting, proof photos. Same clients, same crew, same $20. No unsubscribing in April.
7-day trial, no card, no demo call.
If you run a lawn or snow crew: what finally made you drop the spreadsheet — or what's still keeping you on it?
Report
The aerial map measurement for quotes is genuinely clever, but I'd love a way for clients to approve estimates right from the portal without needing a separate signature step. A simple "approve and pay deposit" button that triggers a signed work order would close the loop faster and probably bump your close rate.

@hacereylan8atk Love this — just built it in. Clients can now sign off on a quote right in the portal, which kicks off a work order automatically. Flip on deposits and the same button takes the card too, straight to your Stripe. Thanks for the nudge!
