AI made building easy. Everything else is still hard.
We built Launchifier because we kept watching the same thing happen: a non-technical founder has an idea, pastes it into Lovable or Bolt, and ships something nobody asked for. The builder never says stop. The AI idea scorers never say stop either; every idea is a 74.
Launchifier is the part in between. It’s a stage-gated method, not a chatbot. Validate makes you write a real problem statement, interview ten people, log what they said, and run a demand test with actual visitor and signup numbers. Then you hit a gate and decide: go, pivot, or stop. Stopping is treated as a good result.
If you go, Define turns your interviews, scope, data model and budget into a Build Pack: paste-ready prompts per milestone for the builder it picked for you, with the auth and data rules already in, and tests to run after each one. Build walks you through it with a “stuck” helper that knows which keys are safe in a frontend and which aren’t. Launch runs a readiness check with the real menu paths for your builder. Learn takes what users tell you and writes the next iteration’s pack from it, with a changes-from-last-time list.
Who it’s for: solo, non-technical founders building their first real thing. Not agencies, not teams with an engineer.
Pricing: Validate is free, including the AI help. A project pass is $75 for three months with unlimited iterations. No subscription.
The feedback that would help most:
The Validate gate requires 10 interviews and 5 who confirmed the problem. Too strict for a weekend builder, or exactly right?
The AI doesn’t search the web, so the competitor step asks you to verify every name. Would you rather it searched and you trusted it less, or stayed as is?
$75 per project vs. a monthly plan. Which would you actually pay?
Try it on a real idea, not a test one. The free stage is enough to find out whether the gate catches anything.
