"Am I improving my heart rate, on my 5k runs?"
This simple question stuck in my mind for a bit, and no matter where I could search in Garmin/Strava dashboards, it's honestly painful to navigate and find any information.
I took it upon myself to grab my data and chuck it in Claude to make me a dashboard, and at first, it was ok, but still didn't give me what I needed, so I've iterated and iterated and over the last couple of months, I landed on what is Lapline today.
Lapline is a training analysis and health tracking platform. I can check my workouts, plan new ones, check my trends, my records, trim sessions, check past performance on the same course, and I've integrated an personal assistent, Cuca, to answer any question I have about the data I'm looking at.
Most importantly, I can now see if my heart rate improved on the same run.
I've added a few more things tho, like importing CSV data from smart scales, and sync with Withings, to grab those values and check my BMI, Visceral Fat, Muscle mass, all in a beautiful display. I can cross reference weight and pace for my runs.
This is what I'm presenting to you today. It's free, you don't need an account. You can login however if you wish to connect your devices (Garmin, Polar, Suunto, etc..) and sync the data across devices. A Pro version is also in the works, and enabled for everyone who uses the platform during the Open Beta period, which goes until the end of the year.
I'm keen on getting feedback, so feel free to ask me any question.

Records will remind you of your best times for Running, Cycling, Swimming on multiple distances. A Milestone ladder view, Race Predictor with Trend, Goals, History by Year, In Perspective, Gear and Devices.
Training allows you to create training plans for Cycling (goals: Event on a Date, Ride More, Get Fitter, Raise my FTP), or Running (goals: Race on a date, Run a distance faster, Build up my Running, Fitter at the same heart rate). These sessions can be moved, automatically adjusted with Cuca (personal training assistant), can be flagged if some sessions are missed, so you can re-organize your schedule, send the sessions to your Watch or Bike Computer, Choose a custom route, and Synchronize with Google Calendar.
Routes page allows you to easily create a route by adding points, and Lapline does the rest. You can select a route type (Run, Trail, Ride, Gravel). You can also ask it to find you a route, or a loop with a predetermined set of filters and distance.
Ask Cuca, your personal assistant, that can clarify any and all info you see on screen, and from your data, like goals, records, etc. Ask it to plot charts for heart rate against pace. Ask it to check when its better to have a sessions because you want a warmer day, and it checks the weather. Ask it to help your figure out if you should take it easy this week. Cuca is there to help you.
Importing history: You can import your full Garmin or Strava history in seconds.
Not all of these are shown at all times, this depends on which device you connect, which is why I'm trying to gather the most popular brands into Lapline. At the moment, we integrate with Garmin, Suunto, Wahoo, Polar, Withings, Oura.
Coros, Apple Health, Google Health and Whoop are in the works.
For now, there are no Social features in Lapline. I wanted to primarily focus on the Training, and Analysis aspect of the platform. If this is something you really would like to have, there's a built in Feedback form, and a built in Roadmap where you can vote on features I'm planning.
Further down the line, Teams/Clubs, Challenges are possible features I see Lapline integrate.
Android and iOS apps are in development still, but you can install the Web app as a PWA app on your phones. Lapline was optimized for maximum performance on any device.
