How does Langulife handle the conversation prompts when I'm at B1 level and accidentally type something way beyond my ability, does it simplify my input or just correct it cold?

@aysel4vyj Great question, Aysel! We don't believe in "cold corrections" because that just makes people overthink and freeze up. If you push past your B1 level and type something complex, Langulife focuses on understanding your true perspective first—helping you navigate the structure smoothly without stripping away what you were trying to say.
Plus, it's a great way to learn in context: you can see exactly how other learners or even native speakers answered that same prompt. Also, via the other users' comments on your prompt answer, and you can practice even more!

The conversation prompts feel surprisingly natural and the community aspect actually pushes me to keep showing up. Wish there were a few more niche scenarios like travel or workplace, but overall a solid way to keep practicing between lessons.

@metehanvan8zek Thanks so much for the feedback! We intentionally built the prompts to feel like real, unscripted life rather than a stale textbook. You're completely right about wanting more specific contexts—we'll be expanding our topic and prompt database as we grow and even include occasion specific topics based on what's trending, like the World Cup.

👋 Hey Product Hunt!
I’m Sepp, the founder of Langulife.
I built this app because I got completely fed up with the way modern language apps treat learning. Most tools are great for absolute beginners, but once you hit the intermediate phase (A2–C1), you get stuck in a trap. You end up memorizing generic, pre-made scripts, chasing daily streaks, and collecting digital badges—yet the moment you try to have a real conversation in a bar or a boardroom, you completely freeze.
We wanted to fix that. With Langulife, we completely scrapped the gamification loops. Instead, you engage with open-ended prompts that actually force you to think and share your true perspective using voice and text. It’s all about unscripted, real-life communication and moving past just "getting the sentence grammatically right."
The app is officially live on App Store and Play Store, and I would love to get your honest feedback on the flow, the prompts, and how we can make the practice feel even closer to real-world conversations.
