I like in-person connection. Well, it's really fun to chitchat with those who share the same interests in a virtual space such as Discord, Reddit, Zoom etc. Having become accustomed to such wonderful technologies, conversely I get a special feeling from face-to-face communication where I can share my side project with tech friends over having pizza and beer. I feel that the existing apps for meetup are not enough software itself. They work really well but have limited functionality. All the user can do is just search for meetups and press the “Attend" button. Wouldn’t it be more nice to have features that allow users to be free and share their happy moments with peers? So made it. This is called Lampost. Lampost allows you to enjoy real connection, make real friends and share spontaneous moments in one space.
