We are team Alltius. We’ve created KNO as a smart assistant that answers any question: human-like, quick, and precise, given a body of knowledge. For now, we are on Slack and we will be adding various channels progressively.
We started off with a sole mission to foster product learning and enablement among SaaS users. I am sure most of you prefer self-help over writing tickets to the support desk.
However, finding an answer takes at least 10-15 minutes of sifting through links, wading through paragraphs, and framing answers. Live chats take at least 10-15 mins to answer. Bots are only as good as the rule engines set up. And if the ticket reaches an agent, we can expect a TAT of about 4 hours on average.
What if all of this was done in seconds and a clear, well-synthesized answer 'came to us', rather than 'us' navigating 'to' the answers? Self-help seekers can spend 10-20 hours more on the product than finding answers.
