KindTake is a voice-first leadership flight simulator designed to help managers practice workplace conversations before having them in real life. Instead of passively reading management articles or static checklist templates, leaders enter real-time, simulated 1-on-1s with dynamic personas that push back, make excuses, or react defensively. It provides a private, zero-risk sandbox to build conversational muscle memory and lead with clarity.

In my 30s I moved to Denmark after getting approved by the countries Startup Visa program. I had build apps and launched them before but I had never had a business role where I had to run the day to day operations as well as managing a team. So when the time came to expand the team, hire interns, doing admin work or look for funding I found myself avoiding the hard conversations and postponing decisions.
So, as to build a solution, I signed up a Startup School in Copenhagen and played with the idea. But the project hadn't clicked until I read Heather Elkington's Shipaton 2026 brief. I was instantly inspired by her brief, because I am that woman navigating leadership for the first time. Heater's challenge gave me the validation I needed to start building this app that I already had in the back of my head as a concept.
I gave myself 3 weeks to build launch KindTake on the App Store and this is also my Shipaton 2026 entry.
