Shop owners have enough tabs open already. I wanted to build something that helps with everyday shopper questions and gives the owner something useful to work with afterward.

KinderAI helps shoppers find products, explore options and get answers from store information. On the merchant side, it offers conversation history, lead capture and insights into where shoppers are hesitating. Features depend on the plan.

The idea goes beyond answering “What’s your return policy?” A shopper might need a cheaper option, help choosing a product, or a follow-up from the store owner.

KinderAI recently launched on the Shopify App Store. I’m still learning what merchants find most useful, and I’d appreciate honest feedback—including anything that feels confusing or unnecessary.
