Khatadar: GST Billing Software & Khata Book App

I’m Shaiban, a solo founder from India. I built Khatadar (khatadar.com), a free GST billing and khata app for small shops.

Why I built it
Most small shopkeepers in India still keep a paper bill book and a khata register for udhaar. The apps that exist are either paid early or feel heavy for someone who just wants to make a bill and note who owes them money.

What it does

Make GST and non-GST bills, print them or share them on WhatsApp
Track customer and supplier udhaar, with one-tap WhatsApp reminders
Stock updates automatically with every bill, with low-stock alerts
Daily dashboard for sales, cash vs online money, and profit
Works offline and syncs when the internet returns
Hindi and English, and it works on phone and desktop
Import data from Vyapar, myBillBook, Khatabook, Tally or Excel

There’s a free plan (50 invoices a month), and paid plans start at ₹999 a year.

Is the landing page clear in the first 10 seconds?
Is the free limit (50 invoices a month) fair, or too tight for a real shop?
Would you add phone number + OTP sign-up for shopkeepers, instead of only Google/email?
