@anish_doshi Totally agree. I think sometimes we think we're staying in touch with people over instagram etc, but turns out that it's not the case. I've had so many conversations recently that started as a random phone call but lasted over an hour. Not sure how to fit that into an IG story 😂

@patsully88 thanks Patrick! I’ll take the compliment but honestly it wasn’t the idea that was new (there existing “personal relationship management” apps) but it’s that existing tools make it feel like work. With Ketchup I hyper focused on simplicity so it would be “set it and forget it” and wouldn’t feel like another task to do.
