What inspired us to build Launch
Launch started with a simple observation: every day, people come up with business ideas they're excited about—but most never take the first step. They spend hours searching for information, watching videos, and jumping between tools, only to end up overwhelmed and unsure where to begin.
We wanted to build something that removes that friction.
Instead of giving users another AI chatbot, another note-taking app, or another app creator, we wanted to create a platform that acts like a startup co-founder—helping entrepreneurs validate ideas, build a roadmap, identify opportunities, and confidently move from "I have an idea" to "I'm building a business."
What problem are we solving?
Starting a business has never been easier, but knowing what to do next is still one of the biggest challenges.
New founders often struggle with questions like:
Is my idea actually worth pursuing?
Who is my target customer?
How can I make money from this?
What should I work on first?
What am I forgetting?
Launch brings those answers into one place, giving entrepreneurs practical guidance instead of scattered information.
How our approach evolved
The biggest lesson while building Launch was realizing that entrepreneurs don't just want more information—they want clarity.
As we developed the platform, our focus shifted from generating lots of content to delivering actionable, step-by-step guidance. Every decision became centered around helping users make progress quickly, with an experience that's simple, intuitive, and genuinely useful.
We're still early, and this launch is just the beginning. We're excited to learn from the Product Hunt community, keep improving Launch, and build the tool we wish every entrepreneur had on day one.
