Kav: AI assistant that answers customers from your own systems

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I spent 12 years building .NET systems for enterprises — billing, CRM, warehouses — and the same thing kept happening: the answer a customer wanted already existed in a system they couldn't reach, so they phoned and waited. Kav is my attempt at fixing that honestly. Three rules it never breaks: • The model never authors a number. Amounts, dates and statuses come from your system through a display template. The AI chooses the words, not the figures. • Identity is resolved on the server from a one-time code, never taken from the chat, so no prompt can talk its way into someone's data. • Anything unclear or sensitive fails closed and goes to a person with the whole conversation. It's built RTL-first — Hebrew and Arabic are equals, not an afterthought — and to WCAG 2.2 AA, because it started with municipalities, where an assistant a resident can't use is not a service.
