Kaizen is an AI-native accounting automation platform built for accountants and accounting firms. It streamlines bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, journal preparation, VAT workflows, month-end close, and financial reporting. Every workflow is designed around traceable records, visible exceptions, and accountant review, helping firms manage more clients, reduce repetitive work, and scale operations without compromising accuracy or control.

We built Kaizen because accountants are spending far too much time preparing work they should be reviewing. Bank reconciliations, journal preparation, collecting supporting documents, checking exceptions, and closing books are still heavily manual processes for many accounting teams. AI can help, but accounting isn't a workflow where getting a plausible answer is good enough. That's why we built Kaizen differently. It handles repetitive accounting preparation while keeping supporting records traceable, exceptions visible, and approvals with the accountant. Our focus is straightforward: help accounting firms manage more clients without proportionally increasing the manual workload on their teams. We're launching Kaizen here to get feedback from accountants, bookkeepers, and finance professionals who deal with these workflows every day.
