Kadal Deck has your back for the whole talk: AI that drafts the deck with you, rehearsal with narration, a timeline and a teleprompter, your phone as the remote, and a live room where the audience votes, asks and reacts. Open source; free for public decks, paid plans from $4 a month.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm the maker of Kadal Deck, from Kadal, a small product studio in Chennai.
Why we built it: a good deck is only half a talk. Our own project reviews and class talks taught us that the slides were never the hard part. The hard part was the evening before, rehearsing with no idea how long it ran, then the moment on stage, and keeping a room with you past slide ten. So we built a tool that stays with you for the whole talk, not just the slides.
Build it. Describe the talk and the AI Assistant in the online builder drafts the deck with you and works through your comments, on your own AI key. Or let your own agent build it through our MCP server. Or write it yourself: one Markdown file, edited right on the slide, with 16 themes, a media panel and a Pro library.
Rehearse it. The deck reads your notes aloud and turns its own pages. Give each slide its time and the timer shows where you run long. A teleprompter puts your notes, big, on a screen of their own.
Present it. The presenter view has your notes, the timer and the next slide. Your phone is the remote, with a laser you aim by moving it. A Copilot can jump to a slide or remind you what's in your notes.
Own the room. The audience scans a QR code, with no app and no sign-in, and joins in from their phones: polls, quizzes, word clouds, Q&A with upvotes, reactions and a pace check.
The engine is open source (AGPL, on npm). Hosting is free for public decks, and paid plans start at $4/month.
The quickest way to see all of it is the tour, a deck that shows every feature: https://decks.kadal.cc/@kadal-hq...
We'd love your feedback. What's the hardest part of giving a talk for you, and what should a tool like this do about it? I'm here all day to answer questions.
