The fact that you build third-party integrations into the platform for free instead of gating them is a genuinely thoughtful move, especially for smaller service shops that get nickel-and-dimed by other tools.
One thing that would really help crews in the field is an offline mode that syncs job photos and time entries once the phone reconnects. Job sites often have zero signal, and it would save a lot of manual re-uploading later.
Finally an app that pulls together job photos, scheduling, and invoicing without making me juggle five different logins. The free custom integrations alone would make me switch from my current setup.
