Great initiative! There is a problem in the industry that companies want primarily Senior Engineers, but they need to accumulate experience first. The companies are not so keen on Juniors, especially without any experience. In my opinion, part of the solution is spreading the knowledge that Juniors are necessary in pretty much every development of 3+ developers. Then the Seniors and the Juniors both have a distinct role in the team, and they complement each other very well. Boris from RemoteMore

I recall the times when I started programming, times when seeking my first junior developer position was pretty hard. Scrolling around a lot of listings with surreal expectations. I've managed to find one, but thought that the listings could be improved. After a few years and speaking with my friends I've decided to start this website and work on the job board where all the information is clear. I want to give a bit back to the developer community.
