Modern CAD for distribution panels.

Before I became an engineer I was an electrician. I spent years designing and building distribution panels in software that cost more than the panels. So I built the tool I wished I had back then. Easy to use, accessible, with a freemium model. Introducing JuiceCAD.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Maziar, and I built JuiceCAD.
It's a program for drawing electrical distribution panels, the box of breakers in every building. It's free, it runs in the browser, and you don't need an account.
I've built and integrated panels for more than 15 years, but the tools I used were either expensive or completely outdated, so I had to do something about it.
You type in the circuits. JuiceCAD works out the RCD grouping, phases and modules, and draws the panel to scale. You then get one PDF for the job, with the panel drawing, single-line diagram, circuit schedule and parts list, in Danish or English.
What I cared about most:
- Part numbers come from the manufacturers' own data. Nothing is guessed.
- The rule check warns you and shows its source, but it never stops you. The electrician decides.
- Your panels stay in your browser or in a file you save.
- Claude or Codex can edit the circuit list, but what they make stays a draft until you approve it.
Two limits to know about. The rule set is Danish, so it fits Danish panels best for now. It also doesn't size cables: the cable is a field you fill in.
If you're an electrician or panel builder, open the example and tell me what's wrong with it. I most want to hear what's missing before you'd use it on a real job.
